Rob Sedgwick's new dark satire will be presented at The Theater Center's Anne L. Bernstein Theater.

Rob Sedgwick's new dark comedy Please Leave has announced the cast for an upcoming private industry reading. The reading, presented by Sedgwick (Death of a Salesman) and Tony winner Anthony Crivello (Kiss of the Spider Woman), will be held at The Theater Center's Anne L. Bernstein Theater February 13 at 3 PM. 

Bob Balaban (Bernard and DorisThe Exonerated) will direct the cast featuring Emmy- and Tony-winning actor Tony Shalhoub, David Rasche, Clark Johnson, and Tony nominee Johanna Day. The satire delves into how life is presented on television to make art out of others' misery. 

Shalhoub made his Broadway debut in The Odd Couple, and has subsequently starred in The Heidi Chronicles, Conversations with My FatherLend Me a TenorGolden BoyAct OneThe Price, and The Band's Visit. Day last starred in How I Learned to Drive, and previously graced the Broadway stage in The NapSweatYou Can't Take It With YouAugust: Osage County, and Proof.
