Robert Petkoff, Ta’Nika Gibson, and Brandon Chu will star in The Muny's summer production of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe’s Camelot. The musical runs June 22–28 with direction by Matt Kunkel.
Petkoff (All the Way, Anything Goes) will play Arthur, with Gibson (Ain't Too Proud) as Guenevere and Chu (The King and I) as Lancelot. Additional casting is to be announced.
“Camelot contains one of most beautiful and heartbreaking love triangles in the musical theatre canon," shares Muny Artistic Director and Executive Producer Mike Isaacson. "Robert, Ta’Nika and Brandon promise an Arthur, Guenevere and Lancelot sure to thrill us with their love and loss.”
Kunkel will lead a creative team that includes choreographer Beth Crandall and music director Abdul Hamid Royal.
The company's season includes Chicago, Mary Poppins, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Legally Blonde, The Musical, The Color Purple, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
