Michael McKeever's new play opened June 6 at Theatre Row.

Michael McKeever's Off-Broadway play Mr. Parker closes June 25. The limited engagement began previews June 1 at Theatre Row, and opened June 6.

The show follows 54-year-old Terry Parker and his difficulty moving on after losing his partner of 30 years. After a heavy night of drinking, he wakes up with a 28-year-old bartender. The cast includes Mia Matthews, Davi Santos, and Tony nominee Derek Smith

Mr. Parker had its world premiere at Island City Stage in Miami, Florida in June 2018, before its New York premiere at Penguin Rep Theatre the following year.

Led by director Joe Brancato, the creative team consists of David Goldstein in set design, Myra Oney in costume design, Todd Wren in lighting design, and Max Silverman in original music and sound design. The production stage manager is Michael Palmer.
