The evening will star Broadway favorites Chita Rivera, Michel Bell, Glenn Close, Ciarán Sheehan, and more.

Irish Repertory Theatre holds A Celebration of the Musicals of Harold Prince, its 2022 Annual Gala, at The Town Hall June 13 at 7 PM.

The evening features presentations and performances by previously announced Broadway favorites Tony Award honoree Chita Rivera (Kiss of the Spiderwoman), Tony nominees Michel Bell (Show Boat) and Max Von Essen (An American in Paris), Tony winners Len Cariou (Sweeney Todd), Glenn Close (Sunset Boulevard), and Joel Grey (Cabaret), as well as Ciarán Sheehan (The Phantom of the Opera), Kaley Ann Voorhees (The Phantom of the Opera), Donna Kane (Meet Me in St. Louis), and DeLaney Westfall (The Streets of New York).

In honor of late Broadway director Harold Prince, the evening includes selections from the musicals of his storied career, such as The The Pajama Game, Damn Yankees, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, Merrily We Roll Along, CabaretCompany, Follies, A Little Night Music, Sweeney Todd, The Phantom of the Opera, Evita and more. Prince, who was an early supporter of Irish Rep, served on its board for more than 30 years.

Additionally, Loretta Brennan Glucksman receives Irish Repertory Theatre's Visionary Leadership Award for her philanthropic work within Irish communities and support of Irish culture, while Linda Fisher and David Toser are honored for their work in costume design over the last 33 years.

Charlotte Moore (The Streets of New York), who arranged the performance, directs the evening with John Bell (Meet Me in St. Louis) serving as musical director. Kevin Curley of Curley Financial Group serves as Gala Chair.
