Carole Buggé's new play Strings Attached, presented by Pulse Theatre, officially opens September 8 at Off-Broadway's Theatre Row. Previews began August 29 for the limited run, which will continue through October 1.
Robyne Parrish (A Man Called Otto), Brian Richardson (A Man for All Times), Paul Schoeffler (Sweet Charity), Jonathan Hadley (Jersey Boys), Bonnie Black, and Russell Saylor star in the science comedy.

Based on real events, Strings Attached follows three scientists on a train ride from Cambridge to London to see Michael Frayn's play Copenhagen (which premiered in London in 1988 and was adapted into a movie in 2002). They discover a theory of the Big Bang en route and are visited by Isaac Newton, Marie Curie, and Max Planck.
The creative team features director Alexa Kelly, scenic designer Jessica Parks, lighting designer Joyce Liao, costume designer Elena Vannoni, videographer Katerina Vitaly, and sound designer Louis Lopardi.
Elizabeth Grunewald is production stage manager, John Lant is production manager, Joseph Longthorne is production company manager, and Christine Cirker is associate producer. Casting is by Jamibeth Margolis.
