Stage managers of color interested in participating must apply via the online application by July 31 at 11:59 PM PST. Theatre industry professionals interested in meeting stage manager candidates must register online by August 12 at 11:59 PM PST.

Previous networking events have included more than 40 theatre industry professionals, including: Foresight Theatrical, Bespoke Theatricals, Wagner Johnson Productions, RCI Theatricals, Disney Theatrical Productions, Work Light Productions, Classic Stage Company, Goodspeed Musicals, The Old Globe, Alley Theatre, Two River Theater, 5th Avenue Theatre, Norwegian Cruise Line, Denis Jones, and Kelly Devine.

The organization launched a $100,000 fundraiser to support travel and housing costs for those in attendance at the event, and other related fees. Thomas Schumacher and Broadway Cares matched $35,000 in donations.

Broadway & Beyond aims to provide professional guidance to aspiring and current POC stage managers through mentorship and job opportunities.
