Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick in Plaza Suite

The reviews are in for the first Broadway revival of Neil Simon's Plaza Suite, starring Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker. The Neil Simon comedy officially opened March 28 at the Hudson Theatre, under the helm of director John Benjamin Hickey. Previews began February 25 for the limited engagement, set to continue through June 26.

Real-life couple Broderick and Parker play three different twosomes each spending an evening in the famed Plaza Hotel: one couple dealing with difficulties in their marriage on their 24th anniversary, a pair of high-school sweethearts reuniting after many years apart, and the frenzied parents of a jittery bride on her wedding day.

The cast also includes Danny Bolero, Molly Ranson, and Eric Wiegand. Tony winner Michael McGrath and Tony nominee Erin Dilly standby for Broderick and Parker, respectively, with Laurie Veldheer, Cesar J. Rosado, Brian Eng, and Olivia Hernandez serving as understudies.
