As with every awards night, it's a moment for attendees to go all out with their fashion. And some Broadway favorites certainly brought big style to the red carpet for Broadway's biggest celebration of the year. At Sunday's 76th Annual Tony Awards, held uptown at United Palace theatre, featured gorgeous looks and a number of trends.

The Theme Is: Extravagance

These attendees went big for Broadway’s biggest night out. There was no such thing as extra, only extravagance, for Sara Bareilles, Julia Lester, Betsy Wolfe, Antwayn Hopper, J. Harrison Ghee, LaChanze, and Clint Ramos.

2023 Tony nominee Sara Bareilles went for gothic luxury with a dress by Georges Chakra. Styled by Savannah White, Bareilles also wore Manolo Blahnik shoes and Piaget jewelry. Her makeup artist was Tobi Henney with hair by Jemma Muradian and Satoko Ichinose.

Antwayn Hopper wore a head-to-toe-to-fingers checkered outfit from AGBOBLY paired with a clutch from Brandon Blackwood and jewelry from title of work. Stylist credit goes to Anatolli with hair and makeup credit going to Earon Nealey.

2023 Tony nominee Betsy Wolfe went for a feathery lavender look styled by Greg Dassonville for Dasson Vogue. The custom couture dress was made by Karen Sabag Bridal Couture by Hen Skurnik. Adorned in a Kwiat Diamond earrings, rings from Stephanie Gottlieb and Beekman New York, Wolfe's look was completed by a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes. Crediting her blonde locks to John Barrett Salon, her hair was done by Lindsay Block with makeup by Kat Nejat-Thompson.

2023 Tony winner J. Harrison Ghee wore a custom bright blue outfit by Jérôme Lamaar Rice. Rice styled Ghee with jewelry by Lisa Nik and heels by Brandon Blackwood for an androgynous look topped off by an architectural afro. Rice was assisted by Jacinto Onofre.

2023 two-time Tony winner LaChanze wore a decadent gown from PISTIS Ghana, tailored by yan Wilbat, with Manolo Blahnik shoes and jewelry by KHIRY. With makeup by Adriana Duque-Pircio, LaChanze finished the look off with a long braided ponytail created by Nikiya Mathis' Our Black Tresses

2023 Tony nominee Julia Lester brought fairytale vibes in a custom dress from Batsheva. Styled by Jake Sokoloff, Lester wore jewelry by Harwell Godfrey paired with makeup by Steven Harris and hair by Lindsay Block.

2023 Tony nominee Clint Ramos designed and styled his monochromatic look with dramatic sleeves for a cape effect, as well as a decadent stack of gold watches.

Going for Gold

Sunny shades cropped up on Jessica Chastain, Uzo Aduba, Alex Newell, and Crystal Lucas-Perry.

2023 Tony nominee Jessica Chastain stunned in a flowing, yellow-hued Guccci gown, complete with a cape and large pendant as styled by Elizabeth Stewart. Renato Camparo and Kristofer Buckle comprised the actor's beauty team.

Uzo Aduba went for a sunny orange suit with a cropped top from Christian Siriano that showcased her baby bump.

2023 Tony winner Alex Newell went for glamour in a Christian Siriano dress, styled with jewelry by Boucheron. Their hair was done by Monique Gaffney with makeup by Kelly Bellevue, making them look every bit a prize as they accepted their Tony statue.

2023 Tony nominee Crystal Lucas-Perry was dripping gold in a dress by Julian Méndez of House of JMC, in a look styled by Eric Archibald, assisted by Sevn Rodriguez. The dress was altered by LUXTAILOR. Lucas-Perry's accessories included earrings by Miho Xoxo, a clutch by Benedetta Bruzziches, and shoes by Michael Kors. Tinika Sadiku styled Lucas-Perry's hair while Daryon Haylock was her make-up artist.

Shoulder Statements

The collarbones on Ruthie Ann Miles, Bonnie MilliganMimi Lien, and Victoria Clark were having a moment.

2023 Tony nominee Ruthie Ann Miles put strong shoulders front and center in this sleeved look. Styled by Sammy Ratelle, Miles wore a gown by Bibhu Mohapatra with jewelry by Oscar Heyman, and a clutch by Emm Kuo. Sean Chin-Sue and Charles Lapointe crafted Miles' updo while Melissa Formica was Miles' makeup artist, with further artistry by Liz Printz.

Broadway Goes Bare

From missing shirts to turning fashion into activism, Myles Frost, Calvin Leon Smith, Lupita Nyong'o, Katy Sullivan, and Sophia Choi didn’t hesitate to make a big statement.

Myles Frost took to Instagram to get his followers' help selecting his outfit for the evening. Styled by Maggy Fancy Francois, Frost ended up baring his chest in a head-to-toe pink suit.

Calvin Leon Smith also skipped a shirt with his cropped pinstripe suit jacket and wide-leg pants from Christian Siriano for a more understated look with a subtle flair.

Award presenter Lupita Nyong'o wore a silver-toned breastplate cast using her own body by artist and fashion designer Misha Japanwala, in a fashion statement against body shame. Micaela Erlinger styled Nyong'o in the wearable artwork with a suit jacket and pants. Nyong'o was adorned with temporary head tattoos, jewelry from De Beers, and a handbag by Bella Rosa. Nick Barose worked as Nyong'o's makeup artist for the evening. Further artistry in crafting Nyong'o's look was provided by Sonya Belakhlef, Sabeen, and Jay Johnson.

2023 Tony nominee Katy Sullivan wore a custom ruffled mini dress by Christian Sirano which showed off her prosthetic legs. Ricardo Delgado did Sullivan's makeup, and Elena Venetia Maravelias put Sullivan's hair into an updo.
