Best returns to Broadway following her Tony-nominated turns in The Homecoming, directed by Daniel Sullivan, and Moon for the Misbegotten opposite Kevin Spacey. Reilly has twice been nominated for Olivier Awards. In 2004 she was nominated in the category of Best Actress for After Miss Julie at the Donmar Warehouse, and in 2008 was again nominated for Best Actress for her portrayal of Desdemona in Othello.
The design team includes Christine Jones (sets), Constance Hoffman (costumes), Japhy Weideman (lighting) and Clive Goodwin (sound).
Old Times, according to the Roundabout, is described as "the unsettling drama of desire and blurred realities by Nobel Laureate Harold Pinter. Owen is Deeley, a man quite looking forward to meeting Anna, his wife Kate’s friend from long ago. But as the night goes on, Anna’s visit quickly shifts from an ordinary sharing of memories to a quiet battle for power. Douglas Hodge, a frequent performer and director of Pinter’s works, directs the haunting and passionate revival."
Performances are scheduled to continue through Nov. 29.
Roundabout has a longstanding relationship with Pinter, having produced ten productions of his work since 1971, the most recent of which was The Caretaker starring Patrick Stewart, Kyle MacLachlan and Aidan Gillen (2003).
