Great Performances sets another spring season of "Broadway's Best."

PBS' Great Performances has set another spring series of "Broadway's Best," which will see the U.S. broadcast premieres of Sutton Foster in Anything GoesJocelyn Bioh's adaptation of Merry Wives, and a documentary following the current Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's Company.

Anything Goes will premiere May 13 at 9 PM ET on PBS (check local listings). Filmed during the show's recent West End run, the capture features Sutton Foster reprising her Tony-winning performance in the Cole Porter classic, directed and choreographed as on Broadway in 2011 by Kathleen Marshall. The live stage film comes to PBS following earlier showings in U.K. cinemas and TV. Read reviews for the London run here.

Next up will be Merry Wives, filmed last summer at The Public Theater's Free Shakespeare in the Park. School Girls playwright Jocelyn Bioh has penned the new adaptation of the Shakespeare work, newly set in South Harlem. The production, previously the subject of an HBO documentary following Shakespeare in the Park's first post-pandemic return, is directed by Saheem Ali, and stars Jacob Ming-Trent, Pascale Armand, and Susan Kelechi Watson. A previously announced documentary chronicling the current Broadway revival of Company, tentatively titled Keeping Company With Sondheim, will air May 27 at 9 PM ET (check local listings). The film features rehearsal and performance footage, plus new interviews with director Marianne Elliott, Sondheim, Katrina Lenk, Patti LuPone, and members from the original 1970 Broadway cast. The film is directed by Andrew Douglas.

All three titles will premiere for streaming simultaneously with their broadcast premieres via the PBS Video app.
