Cumming, who reprised his acclaimed performance as the Emcee for the 2014 revival, co-stars with Sienna Miller (After Miss Julie), who is the production's final Sally Bowles.

The Roundabout Theatre Company revival also features 2014 Tony Award nominees Linda Emond and Danny Burstein. It officially opened April 24, 2014, at Studio 54. Academy Award winner Mendes (director) and Academy Award nominee Marshall (co-director/choreographer), who were Tony-nominated for their work on the 1998 production, returned to recreate their direction and choreography from the 1998 Tony Award-winning production. Once again, they converted Studio 54 into the gritty Kit Kat Klub, with cabaret-type seating as well as traditional theatre seating, to recreate the environment of the notorious pre-war Berlin nightclub.
