The lineup includes the return of 92NY's Lyrics and Lyricists series, which begins with California Dreamin': Jessica Vosk Sings the Songwriters of Laurel Canyon November 5–7. The Wicked star will explore the writers who created the West Coast pop sound, including Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, David Crosby, John Phillips and the Mamas and the Papas, The Eagles' Don Henley and Glenn Frey, and more. Vosk will be accompanied by Mary-Mitchell Campbell.
Kate Baldwin and Georgia Stitt will star in and co-host Miss: Broadway's Women Songwriters December 10–12, celebrating the long history of female songwriters on the Main Stem, including Kay Swift, Mary Rodgers, Micki Grant, Liz Swados, Carol Hall, Jeanine Tesori, and more. The concerts will feature the artists' music as well as their stories.
Following will be What's Goin' On?: Songs of Social Change. Conceived, directed, and choreographed by Tony nominee Warren Adams in collaboration with Michael O. Mitchell, the March 25–27, 2023, concerts will include music from Marvin Gaye, Nina Simone, and other artists whose songs became catalysts for social and political change.
Billy Stritch will celebrate The Judy Garland Show with Judy on TV! May 6–8. Conceived, written, hosted, and music-directed by Stritch, the concerts will feature Klea Blackhurst, Aisha de Haas, Gabrielle Stravelli, and Max von Essen reimagining the iconic performances from the legend's TV series, with songs by George Gershwin, Harold Arlen, Cole Porter, and others.
Separate from Lyrics and Lyricists, Tony winner Kelli O'Hara will give a concert February 16 at 7:30 PM ET, with programming to be announced. O'Hara will be accompanied by a small ensemble.
