The cast is led by & Juliet's Betsy Wolfe as Estella Scrooge, a descendent of her famous great great great great grandfather Ebenezer, with Clifton Duncan (The Play That Goes Wrong) as Philip ‘Pip’ Nickleby, Tony winner Lauren Patten (Jagged Little Pill) as Dawkins, Tony nominee Patrick Page (Hadestown) as Mr. Merdle, Tony nominee Carolee Carmello (1776, Parade) as Marla Havisham, and Tony winner Danny Burstein (Moulin Rouge!) as Ebenezer Scrooge.

Estella Scrooge features a book by Tony winner John Caird (Les Misérables, Nicholas Nickleby) and Tony nominee Paul Gordon (Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice), music and lyrics by Gordon, and direction by Caird.
The musical follows Estella Scrooge (Wolfe), a young Wall Street tycoon with a penchant for foreclosing who is haunted by three visitations. The 2020 production was captured live with one person on the stage at a time. Then, the in-person performances were merged via green screen and virtual sets.
Estella Scrooge features musical supervision by Brad Haak, choreography by Natalie Lomonte, and casting by Tara Rubin Casting. The director of photography and editor is Tyler Milliron with production art design by Zach Wilson, costume design by Somie Pak, hair and makeup design by Dena Olivieri, and props design by Katherine White.
