Dylan Mulvaney has joined the cast for the upcoming concert staging of Drew Gasparini’s new musical We Aren’t Kids Anymore, which will be presented at London’s Savoy Theatre April 28, 2025. Richard Fitch is set to direct.

Mulvaney gained widespread recognition documenting her gender transition on TikTok, where she has amassed over 9 million followers to date. This past summer, she brought her self-written solo show Faghag to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where she received rave reviews.

As previously reported, the We Aren't Kids Anymore cast will be led by Olivier winner Sam Tutty (Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York); Dear Evan Hansen) and Aimie Atkinson (Six). Gasparini will also take the stage in the musical’s second act. Casting is by Sarah Jane Price.

Originally an autobiographical work, We Aren’t Kids Anymore has evolved into an exploration of the universal journey of self-discovery, told through five perspectives spanning generations and identities.

The musical began as a concept album, featuring Gasparini, Lilli Cooper, Bonnie Milligan, Colton Ryan, Nicholas Christopher, and Raymond J. Lee. A June 2024 workshop marked the piece’s first stage presentation.

The concert creative team will also include choreographer Chris Cuming, and musical supervisor and director Lauren Hopkinson. Orchestrations and arrangements are by Gasparini and Hopkinson, and general management is by Bray Productions.
