DESCRIPTION
Premiere Stages offers internships for current college students and recent graduates who have an interest in pursuing a career in theatre arts. Former interns have gone on to graduate programs and professional theatre careers. Many interns have also subsequently been hired to work at Premiere. These internships are for individuals who desire practical experience in the real world, and for those who are willing to fully commit their time and energy to the program.
Premiere Stages is committed to supporting a diverse group of emerging artists; people of all backgrounds, ages, and experience levels are encouraged to apply.

DURATION
Internships run mid-June through early-August, 2025. All interns are expected to be available for the duration of the program; limited pre-approved conflicts are acceptable. Evening and weekend work required.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be 18 or older and have completed at least one year of college-level training.
COMPENSATION
Local interns receive a stipend of $400 per week. Interns receiving free on-campus housing receive a stipend of $300 per week. All interns participate in weekly educational seminars with theatre professionals, have individualized weekly meetings toward career planning, and receive tickets to a Broadway show as part of a field studies trip to New York City.
