SYNOPSIS:
Pinkalicious the Musical tells the story of a vibrant young girl named Pinkalicious who can't stop eating pink cupcakes, despite her parents' warnings. Her indulgence leads to a surprising diagnosis of Pinkititis—a condition that turns her pink from head to toe! Will Pinkalicious learn the value of balance and moderation, or will her love for all things pink take over her life forever?

STIPEND:
A flat $2,000 for all roles

-Saturday, April 5 & Sunday, April 6: Staten Island Playhouse, 11:00 AM (Sensory-Friendly Performance) & 2:00 PM

CASTING (Ages 18+)
All roles are open. All genders and identities are encouraged to apply.

TRACK 1: PINKALICIOUS - Alto/Mezzo with Belt Capabilities - is a precocious, joyful, energetic little girl who is obsessed with pink and learns that more is not always better.

TRACK 2: PETER- Tenor - Pinkalious’s younger brother who would rather eat cookies and secretly desires to enjoy pink like his sister./BIRD- loves to flap wings and sing and dance and thinks Pinkalicious is a flower - Tap dance skill is a plus (not required)

TRACK 3: MRS. PINKERTON - Alto/Mezzo - Pinkalicious's organic-minded and busy mother who learns to enjoy sweets./BUTTERFLY - loves to sing and dance and thinks Pinkalicious is a flower - Tap dance skill is a plus (not required)

TRACK 4: MR. PINKERTON - Bari-tenor - Pinkalicious's pinkaphobic father, who learns to be less close-minded and strict./BEE - loves to buzz and sing and dance and thinks Pinkalicious is a flower - Tap dance skill is a plus (not required)

TRACK 5: DR. WINK- Mezzo Soprano - Pinkalicious's pediatrician who is very excited about diagnosing Pinkalicious’ cause of pinkititis/ALISON - Pinkalicious's best friend who also wants to be pink and learns that the grass is not always greener on the other side./BUTTERFLY - loves to sing and dance and thinks Pinkalicious is a flower - Tap dance skill is a plus (not required)

IlluminArt does not provide travel, lodging, etc., stipends
