Love working with infants & toddlers? Looking to pick up flexible babysitting work? HeyCurated by Curated Care is a kid-centered company which provides back-up caregivers for Bright Horizons. We are looking for experienced nannies and babysitters who want to pick up extra work as a back-up caregiver for one-off requests in NYC.

Join our caregiver pool and receive babysitting requests from families daily. If one fits your schedule, we’ll confirm and connect you with the family. Secure, fun, flexible work engaging with kiddos.

Caregiver responsibilities include:

- Provide personalized childcare for children in their home, including bottle-feeding babies, changing diapers, meal prep & feeding, proactively engaging children with play, and keeping children’s area neat and tidy.

- Communicate with parents/guardians and follow their instructions on care delivered through the session.

- Create a safe, nurturing environment for children, usually ages 3 months to 11 years old

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old and have professional childcare experience working with infants.

- Must have availability to work full days during the week. Ability to take last minute requests is a plus.

- Excellent at communicating with parents/guardians and has a genuine love for working with children!

- Legal to work in the US with appropriate documents available for review

Note:

- Must be willing to submit to a background check, reference check, and social media screening

- Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to be (we cover the cost)

Pay Rate:

Pay is $20/hr for 1 child; $22/hr for 2 children/ $24 for 3 children. Typically requests are for 1 or 2 children. You will invoice HeyCurated directly for this work as a W2 employee and get paid bi-weekly.
