BREAKDOWN

AMERIKIN

SEEKING:

Jeff Browning – a white man in his late 30s/early 40s. Can be endearing but also an asshole. A dude.

Poot Spangler – a white man in his late 30s/early 40s. A people-pleaser and charmer.

Alma Tillery – white woman in her late 30s/early 40s. No-nonsense, big heart, a blue dot in a red county.

Dylan Hoffenberger – a white man in his early 40s. Loyal to his own. Hostile to outsiders. Unhelpful to his wife.

Michelle Browning – a white woman in her late 30s. A woman who has been defined by those around her. A real edge, but also ability to see the happier person she once was. Can dish it out (to Jeff in particular).

Gerald Lamott – a black man in his late 40s/early 50s. Strategically empathetic. Takes a lot to rile him but he can absolutely surprise everyone, including himself, when he’s finally provoked.

Chris Lamott – a black woman in her early 20s. A college student. Righteous but reactionary.
