Tony winner Alan Cumming (Cabaret) stopped by Late Night With Seth Meyers March 13 to promote his new CBS drama series Instinct.

But while he was there, the consummate performer spoke about his upcoming cabaret act: Legal Immigrant. He's been touring his most recent act, Alan Cumming Sings Sappy Songs, and the new show will begin engagements in June. Cumming revealed that he'll play Cafe Carlyle’s 8:45PM slot and the midnight slot at downtown’s Joe’s Pub each night from June 19–30. Check here for other dates and cities.
Cumming won the Tony and Drama Desk Awards in 1998 for his performances as the Emcee in Broadway’s Cabaret—which also marked the Scottsman’s Broadway debut. He also appeared on Broadway in Design For Living, The Threepenny Opera, and Macbeth before reprising his role in Cabaret in 2014 at Studio 54.
