Obsessed seeks to answer the question, “How could the woman who wrote some of the world's most famous love songs have never been in love?”
The musical includes such Warren hits as “Rhythm of the Night,” “Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now,” “If I Could Turn Back Time,” “Unbreak My Heart,” “Because You Loved Me,” and “I Don't Want to Miss a Thing.” The show also includes new songs written by Warren.
Warren has penned nine No. 1 and 32 top-10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 and is tied for having written the most No. 1 songs as a sole writer in Billboard history. Her songs have been featured in more than 100 motion pictures.
Tony winners DiPietro and Marshall were also recently announced for another jukebox musical, one based on the life and career of the late Frank Sinatra.
