Directed by Robert Carsen, who has also designed the lighting, the production plays 15 performances through March 26. The show is performed entirely in English with French subtitles.
The limited engagement features musical direction by Gareth Valentine, costumes and sets by Tony Award winners Anthony Powell and Tim Hatley and choreography by Olivier Award winner Stephen Mear.
Dan Burton, whose West End credits include Jersey Boys, Chicago and Legally Blonde, plays Don Lockwood, and Daniel Crossley portrays Cosmo Brown, a part he already performed in the recent West End production at the Palace Theatre. Clare Halse (Charlie and The Chocolate Factory) plays Kathy Selden, and Emma Kate Nelson is cast as Lina Lamont.
Singin' in the Rain has songs by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed, with an original screenplay and adaptation by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, based on the Metro-Goldwyn Mayer film.
