A host of Broadway favorites will be part of Barrington Stage Company's 2023 summer series Mr. Finn’s Cabaret, which launches June 4 at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center and continues through September 3.
Named after Tony-winning composer William Finn (Falsettos, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), the series features performances in an intimate 90-seat cabaret space.
The new season will launch June 4-5 with David Lutken and The Seat of the Pants Band in The Best Folks I Know!, followed by the Musical Theatre Conservatory Cabaret June 26.
A Chorus Line Tony winner Donna McKechnie will offer Take Me to the World: The Songs of Stephen Sondheim June 9-10, while singer-songwriter Todd Almond (Girl From the North Country) will be seen in Todd Almond Loves You July 16.
An Evening with Jason Robert Brown, featuring the composer of Parade and 13, will be presented August 31 and September 1, while Alan H. Green (Sister Act, School of Rock) will play the intimate venue September 2-3 with evenings simply titled Finally.
All shows begin at 8 PM. Two additional cabarets will be announced for August 13-14 and August 21.
