Songwriter Scott Alan returns to Birdland February 25 at 7 PM with a host of Broadway favorites.

The evening, part of the Broadway at Birdland series, is scheduled to feature Saycon Sengbloh (Eclipsed), Telly Leung (Aladdin), OlivierAwardwinner Lesli Margherita (Matilda), David Burtka (Gypsy), Joshua Colley (Newsies), Matt Bloyd (NBC’s The Four), Alex Hairston (Beautiful), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked), Bonnie Milligan (HeadOverHeels), and recording artist Morgan Reilly.
Attendees can expect to hear tunes from Alan’s seven albums, including his newest collection, Lifeline, and his debut recording, DreamingWideAwake.
Alan will follow his Birdland concert with performances at Davenport’s Piano Bar and Cabaret in Chicago (March 11), Live at Zedel’s in London (April 1-4), and Rockwell’s Table and Stage in Los Angeles (May 20).

With his flight back to New York delayed due to Hurricane Sandy, composer Scott Alan held a last-minute concert at London's Hippodrome Nov. 2. He was joined by Sierra Boggess and a slew of West End stars.
Brian Stokes Mitchell, Audra McDonald, Peter Friedman, and more from the original Broadway cast reunited at the Minskoff Theatre March 27—and it was epic.
