Cabaret & Concert News Josh Groban and Denée Benton Set for Great Comet Concert at Green Room 42 The show’s composer Dave Malloy will share how classic showtunes inspired his score.

Josh Groban and Denée Benton—currently starring in the Broadway musical Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812—will perform at Manhattan's Green Room 42 during an April 2 concert led by the show's composer, Dave Malloy.

Titled The Great Comet and Broadway Classics, the 8 PM concert will highlight classic Broadway show tunes that influenced Malloy's work as members of the cast—including Groban and Benton—perform those tunes and the Great Comet songs they inspired.

Tickets, priced at $20, are available here.

Malloy, who also originated the role of Pierre in the show's world premiere of Ars Nova, will step in for Groban in the Broadway production on select dates.
