Matthew Gardiner directs the Signature Theatre production of Jelly’s Last Jam. The musical charts the path of legendary jazz pianist Jelly Roll Morton and features a book by George C. Wolfe, music by Morton and lyrics by Susan Birkenhead. Mark G. Meadows stars in this Washington DC area premiere of the show. Choreography is by Broadway’s Jared Grimes. Performances run through September 11.
