Original cast members from the short-lived Boy George musical Taboo reunited Feb. 8 for a pair of 10th anniversary concerts at the New York City's 54 Below. Broadway cast members including Sarah Uriarte Berry (Nicola), Jeffrey Carlson (Marilyn), Liz McCartney (Big Sue) and Cary Shields (Marcus) were joined by Matthew Rowland and Samuel Buttery, who played Boy George and Leigh Bowery, respectively, in the 2012 London revival. New for the concert was Jeremy Kushnier (Philip Sallon). Produced on Broadway by Rosie O'Donnell, the musical has a score by Boy George (along with collaborators Kevan Frost, John Themis and Richie Stevens) and a book by Charles Busch. The concerts benefited Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
