The role we need to fill:

Join the MTI team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors at the reception desk as well as callers to MTI’s main office, the Reception Team helps ensure proper workflow and organization of incoming communication for the rest of the MTI staff. The Receptionist will report to the Office Manager and support day-to-day operations of supplying and maintaining the MTI offices.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Switchboard operation of MTI’s main phone line

Greeting and directing visitors

Working proficiency of the Spanish language

Maintaining clean and presentable reception and conference room areas

Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail and receiving packages

Scanning and data entry

Other special projects at the discretion of the Office Manager


You ideally have the following:

Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills

A friendly phone manner and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and shipping protocols

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work flexibly in a high-volume environment

SALARY

$41,000.00 – $44,000.00 per year
