Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for winning new business in the world of live entertainment, attractions, and sports? AKA is seeking a New Business Manager to lead select pitches, craft proposals, and support sales enablement across all verticals.

We will consider full-time or contract for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Pitch Captain: Lead the agency’s response to select RFIs/RFPs, crafting pitch strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compelling, strategic storytelling.
  • Proposal Writer: Develop and refine assigned proposals, presentations, and case studies that showcase our expertise and drive conversions.

  • Sales Enablement: Support outbound prospecting efforts, refine outreach materials, and collaborate with leadership on business development strategies.

  • Agency Marketer: Assist in crafting and executing on agency communications strategy

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales enablement, or pitch writing within advertising, marketing, or media (live entertainment, attractions, or travel experience preferred).
  • Exceptional storytelling and proposal-writing skills with a keen ability to craft persuasive, client-focused narratives.
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset—someone who thrives on solving challenges and driving results.

  • A competitive salary between $65,000 - $84,999, commensurate with experience
