If you're feeling disconnected from you body, if you’ve ever been like “BUT WHAT DO I DO WITH MY HANDS!” or if you just want to let loose and play a little, this class is for you!
This highly physical way of working will have you jump into your body and explore the comic world - be bigger, bolder, and braver than you allow yourself to be whether you're in that super serious Shakespeare play or just in your every day life. Leave your big smart brain at the door, allow yourself the pleasure of being kinda stupid for a while, and (re)discover your personal sense of joy, play and fun.

ABOUT AMY:
Amy Crossman is an actor, playwright, teaching artist and sometimes clown. Among other places, she’s taught clown at Hudson Valley Shakespeare, the Hangar Theatre, Barrington Stage Company and Northern Stage. She’s trained with Christopher Bayes, Gabriel Levey, Kevin Isola, Jim Calder, Justine Williams, Zack Fine, Judy Gold, and lots of other very funny people.
