Oscar winner and stage favorite Ariana DeBose dropped by Good Morning America November 22 from Disneyland Paris to sing "This Wish" from Disney's new animated movie Wish. The film, featuring the Hamilton and West Side Story star voicing the character of Asha, is now in movie theatres.

Also featured in the cast are Victor Garber as Sabino, Chris Pine as King Magnifico, Angelique Cabral as Queen Amaya, Natasha Rothwell as Sakina, Alan Tudyk as Valentino, Jennifer Kumiyama as Dahlia, Evan Peters as Simon, Harvey Guillén as Gabo, Ramy Youssef as Safi, Niko Vargas as Hal, Della Saba as Bazeema, and Jon Rudnitsky as Dario.

Watch DeBose sing "This Wish" below:

Wish takes place in the magical magical kingdom of Rosas, where Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force: a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star confront a most formidable foe—the ruler of Rosas, King Magnifico—to save her community and prove that when the will of one courageous human connects with the magic of the stars, wondrous things can happen.

The film features original songs by Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Julia Michaels and Grammy-winning producer-songwriter-musician Benjamin Rice, plus a score by composer Dave Metzger.

Wish is helmed by Academy Award-winning director Chris Buck (Frozen, Frozen 2) and Fawn Veerasunthorn (Raya and the Last Dragon), and produced by Peter Del Vecho and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster Jones. Jennifer Lee executive produces, and Lee and Allison Moore are writers on the project.
