Off-Broadway's Vineyard Theatre has announced a series of updates to its 2023-2024 Board of Directors.
Actor and talk show host Rolonda Watts will join as an Artistic Board Member, while long-time board member Annette Stover has been elected Board Chair. Additionally, entrepreneur Sue Marks has been elected Board President.
“These fearless women are stepping into leadership roles at the Vineyard during a pivotal transformation in our field. It's an exhilarating time,” says Vineyard Managing Director Suzanne Appel in a statement. “Their dedication to supporting our team and board, while driving the evolution of our organizational strategies, is invaluable. Their unique perspectives and mentorship are the cornerstone of my inspiration, fueling our team's adaptability to the evolving needs of our communities and artists.”
Additional board members include Appel, Vineyard Artistic Director Douglas Aibel, Mark Lerner, John Barrie, Kathryn Erbe, Bobby Freeman, John Coles, Brandon Victor Dixon, Christopher W.D. Gould, Ken Greiner, Nancy Heller, Sally Horchow, Judy Kuhn, Cody Lassen, Jaimie Mayer, Joe Morton, Steve Ralbovsky, and David Schwartz.

Currently playing at Vineyard through December 17 is John J. Caswell Jr.'s Scene Partners, directed by Rachel Chavkin and starring Dianne Wiest.
