Norbert Leo Butz and Sherie Rene Scott co-starred as the mismatched Jamie and Cathy in The Last Five Years' Off-Broadway premiere at the Minetta Lane Theatre and also shared the stage on Broadway as Roger and Maureen in Rent. The two went on to co-star in 2005's Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, where Scott played naive soap queen Christine Colgate and Butz the aspiring conman Freddy Benson.

Kelli O'Hara and Steven Pasquale were first paired as husband and wife in the musical adaptation of the film "Far From Heaven" at Playwrights Horizons. A few months later they were heating up the Broadway stage with their sizzling chemistry as the lonely immigrant wife Francesca and traveling photographer Robert in Jason Robert Brown's sweeping romantic musical The Bridges of Madison County.

Love Never Dies... and neither does Sierra Boggess and Ramin Karimloo's chemistry onstage. The two first co-starred in the London premiere of Andrew Lloyd Webber's sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. Boggess played Christine Daaé 10 years after the end of the first musical, with Karimloo playing the Phantom. They traveled back in time when they starred in the 25th anniversary of The Phantom of the Opera in London.

Boggess also reunited with another co-star in The Phantom of the Opera: Norm Lewis, who made history when he became the first African-American actor to play the title character on Broadway in the long-running musical while Boggess played Christine. Lewis had played Boggess' father in The Little Mermaid when she made her Broadway debut as the title character. Well, no one can deny that Christine has some daddy issues...

Sutton Foster and Colin Donnell shared a perfect "Friendship" in Anything Goes, with Foster playing the sexy nightclub singer Reno Sweeney and Donnell playing her handsome friend Billy Crocker. Their relationship went to the next level in Violet when Donnell's smooth-talking soldier Monty seduced Foster's emotionally guarded Violet during a lengthy bus trip.

If/Then reunited Idina Menzel and Anthony Rapp, who played former lovers Maureen and Mark in the original cast of Rent. Almost 20 years later, the two shared the stage at the Richard Rodgers Theatre as old friends who (spoiler alert!) become lovers in one of the storylines.

Brian Stokes Mitchell and Marin Mazzie keep coming back to each other! They co-starred the first time in 1998 in Ragtime, and quickly paired up again as sparring lovers in the 1999 revival of Kiss Me, Kate. It seems like Mitchell singing "So In Love" wasn't enough romance for Mazzie, so she then stepped into the role of Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, to be serenaded by Mitchell singing "Dulcinea."

Michael Cerveris and Judy Kuhn can't seem to make a relationship work onstage. The two co-starred in Passion, Stephen Sondheim's tragic look at romantic love, at the Kennedy Center. Kuhn played Fosca, a sickly woman who falls intensely in love with Giorgio, the handsome soldier. The Broadway veterans reunite in the award-winning musical Fun Home, with Kuhn playing Helen, wife to Cerveris' closeted husband and father Bruce Bechdel.

And, of course, there is the Tony-winning comedic duo of Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, who have triumphed in productions of The Producers, The Odd Couple and, most recently, It's Only a Play.
