Spring was in full swing for the opening night purple carpet of Suffs, offering a lovely bouquet of different looks, from bright floral-patterned blazer sets to delicate tulle skirts. But in all of these patterns and textures, there were some common colors: white, purple, and gold. It's not just because of the Suffs poster, those are also the colors of the suffragist flag—fitting for a historic musical about the women who fought for the right to vote.

Tsilala Brock

Cast member Tsilala Brock looks like pure luxury in this dazzling champagne one-shoulder dress by Guarav Gupta. The slit reveals her gorgeous gold Jimmy Choo peep-toe stilettos, and her radiant makeup (by glamourbyshaniqua) has her glowing as bright as the stage lights. Though she plays male attorney Dudley Malone onstage, she elegantly wears her hair—self styled!—and Urban Cottage Bermuda earrings like a queen.

Nadia Dandashi

Cast member Nandia Dandashi is a breath of spring air in this lilac tea-length dress by Anthropologie. The bejeweled bustier structure against the elegant brocade pattern looks like a modern take on a Bridgerton gown in the most gorgeous way. Her strappy Stuart Weitzman sandal heels are the perfect finishing touch to this dainty look. But don't be fooled by the sweet look—Dandashi made her voice known by wearing a yellow "Theater workers for a ceasefire" pin.

Hannah Cruz

Styled by Greg Dassonville for DassonVogue, cast member Hannah Cruz is looking so lovely in lavender! This head-turning Nardos gown is an absolute work of art, with its corset-boned mesh midriff, tulle skirt, and lavender and violet motifs coming together for an endless cascade of the serene flowers, showing us that a soft, romantic exterior does not take away from the powerful woman underneath. Her SJP Collection heels (designed by a fellow Broadway alum and notorious shoe-lover), jewelry by Stephanie Gottlieb, makeup by Kelli J. Bartlett, and sleek hair by Megan Motter all come together for an unforgettable look. Considering Cruz plays the fierce and attention-getting Inez Milholland, you couldn't help but look at the star on the carpet.

Monica Tulia Ramirez

Cast member Monia Tulia Ramirez is serving all the utmost level of elegance in this stunning two piece, featuring an ivory corset top and an elongated black skirt. Her beaded black mini bag and her satin black heels tie together the minimalist look, which proves that less can absolutely be more—especially when the pieces you're working with are this gorgeous.

Laila Erica Drew

She may play a suffragist onstage, but cast member Laila Erica Drew could fit right into Hadestown with this ensemble styled by Lavada English, because she looks like the goddess of spring herself! With baby's breath delicately placed throughout her hair (styled by Lauryn Drew) and makeup by Leah Raquel, Drew wears the light, silk off-the-shoulder top by Milla and Terani Couture floral-silhouetted skirt with ethereal grace. 

Shaina Taub

Suffs creator and leader of the cast Shaina Taub didn't just pick one suffragist color—she opted to wear them all in this bold and bright floral suit. The look is coordinated perfectly with the tones of the shiny gold ankle boots, perfect for a party or a march, and silky cream top. Her hair styled in waves, Taub has shown up with both the power of a suffragist and the stylishness of a star.
