Audible Theater's world premiere of Heart opened at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre July 17 and runs through August 14.
Written by and starring British performer and poet Jade Anouka, the work concerns a woman, shaken by a broken relationship, who finds herself discovering love in the last place—and with the last person—she ever expected.
Ola Ince directs the production, which also features scenic design by Arnulfo Maldonado, costume design by Emily Rebholz, lighting design by Jen Schriever, sound design and additional original music by Fitz Patton, movement by Annie-Lunnette Deakin-Foster, and original music by Renell Shaw.
