Roundabout Theatre Company celebrated the official opening of Amy and the Orphans, the new play by Ugly Lies the Bone playwright Lindsey Ferrentino, March 1. The Off-Broadway production stars American Horror Story's Jamie Brewer, who plays a woman with Down Syndrome who is reunited with her siblings on a road trip.

Tony nominee Scott Ellis directs a cast completed by Tony winner Debra Monk (Redwood Curtain, Steel Pier), Mark Blum (The Assembled Parties), Vanessa Aspillaga, Diane Davis, and Josh McDermitt. Edward Barbanell is the understudy.
