Over two evenings, the iconic film starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd will be presented on the big screen with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra performing Alan Silvestri’s score live in synch with the movie.
The presentation will also feature 20 minutes of new music, added by Silvestri especially for this live concert production.
Directed by Robert Zemeckis, "Back to the Future" followed the adventures of Marty and Dr. Emmett Brown, who are accidentally sent 30 years into the past in a time-travelling DeLorean. The coming-of-age film, also starring Lea Thompson and Crispin Glover, topped the 1985 box-office chart and was followed by two successful sequels.
Produced by New York by MSG Entertainment, Attila Glatz Concert Productions and Film Concerts Live!, Back to the Future in Concert premiered in Switzerland in May and has since appeared at celebrated concert venues around the globe, including Wolf Trap, The Hollywood Bowl and Royal Albert Hall.
Tickets go on sale to the general public July 31. A limited number of VIP premium tickets are available, including prime seats and an exclusive post-concert meet and greet with the composer. To purchase tickets and for more information visit GlatzConcerts, TicketMaster or phone (866) 858-0008.
