Tony nominee Shoshana Bean presented her annual holiday concert at the Apollo Theater December 4.
Bean's Apollo holiday shows have become a tradition with different theatrical guests joining her each year. This year's guests included Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth, Betty Who, and Tony winner Alex Newell.
Bean and Chenoweth have been friends since 2003, when Wicked first began defying gravity. An Australian pop star, Who currently stars as Persephone in Hadestown on Broadway. Newell won a Tony for their performance in Shucked, in which they continue to appear.
Two additional surprises were also in store for attendees: appearances by Waitress' Jennifer Nettles and Tony-winning choreographer Savion Glover.
Bean is currently starring in the new Alicia Keys musical Hell's Kitchen at the Public Theater, which will come to Broadway in 2024.
