Jeff Tyzik led the Orchestra in a program of Broadway favorites. The program included such songs as "I Could Have Danced All Night," "Almost Like Being In Love," "Send In The Clowns," "Think Of Me" and "If My Friends Could See Me Now."
Of the experience, Noll says, "Vancouver is a beautiful city with an excellent orchestra and incredibly supportive arts community! We had amazing crowds on both nights. So glad I got out on foot and bike to explore this gorgeous area. I needed it for all the yummy restaurants they have up there! Sushi everywhere!"
Here is a look at Noll's tour of the city, including an afternoon bike ride:

Conductor Tyzik commented, "I've been performing with Doug and Christiane for the last decade and it would be hard for me to think of any other vocal artists that could give the kind of exciting performance the audience heard last weekend. I also enjoy collaborating with Doug and Christiane. We look for new ways to present Broadway. I love the fact that the concert is a journey for the audience with many interesting and unexpected musical gems.”
Noll's major theatrical credits include Urinetown, Mambo Kings, It Ain’t Nothin’ But the Blues, Jekyll & Hyde,Grease, Miss Saigon,City of Angels, South Pacific and Witches of Eastwick. She was nominated for a 2010 Tony for her performance as Mother in Ragtime.
The play comes on the heels of a broader cultural conversation about Dahl's work and the prejudice that was embedded in many of his most beloved stories.
