The bi-annual promotion celebrates Off-Broadway by increasing audience access.

Off Broadway Alliance and 20at20

The Off Broadway Alliance has announced the return of their special 20at20 ticket initiative, which offers $20 tickets to select Off-Broadway shows 20 minutes before performances begin. This year, the offering will run from October 23–November 12.

Participating shows this year include Alice in Wonderland the Musical, Drunk Shakespeare, Friends! The Unauthorized Musical Parody, Gazillion Bubble Show, Make Me Gorgeous, Mind Mangler: A Night of Tragic Illusion, The Office! A Musical Parody, Perfect Crime, and Singfeld! A Musical Parody About Nothing.

Off Broadway Alliance president Peter Breger encourages patrons to take this opportunity to enjoy the diverse Off-Broadway offerings, which promise a multitude of experiences for everyone to enjoy. "These are innovative, intimate, nervy, playful shows that always take you by surprise and show you a good time...Why not go see a show—or check out two or three or more—when you can pick up a ticket for just $20 bucks?” says Breger.

The offer, which is valid only 20 minutes before curtain at the box office on the day of the performance, cannot be combined with other offers. Tickets are subject to availability.

The non-profit corporation The Off Broadway Alliance supports, promotes, and encourages Off-Broadway theatre and improving accessibility for new and diverse audience. It also sponsors a free seminar series focusing on Off-Broadway's culture, business, and history, and the Off-Broadway Economic Impact Report detailing its economic impact on New York City.
