Blue Mist begins performances at the Royal Court Theatre October 5. Mohamed-Zain Dada’s debut play will run through November 18. Royal Court Associate Director Milli Bhatia is at the helm.
The work follows a journalist who sells out his own community, in a candid response to the portrayal of South Asian Muslim men in the media. The cast includes Salman Akhtar, Omar Bynon, and Arian Nik.
Blue Mist features design by Tomás Palmer, lighting design by Elliot Griggs, sound design by Elena Peña, and movement direction by Theophilus O.Bailey.
