Four-time Tony nominee Judy Kuhn, most recently seen in Classic Stage Company's critically acclaimed revival of Stephen Sondheim's Assassins, performs in concert February 14 at 7 PM at Manhattan's The Green Room 42 to celebrate both Valentine's Day and the venue's fifth anniversary.
Entitled Love to Me, the evening features songs fromKuhn's various recordings (Hello, Young Lovers; This Can’t Be Love) and her theatrical outings (Rags, She Loves Me, Fiddler on the Roof) as well as a couple of Sondheim tunes, including "Marry Me a Little." Three-time Tony nominee Brandon Uranowitz, also part of the CSC Assassins company, joins the Broadway favorite for a duet.
Next year, Carnegie Hall's house band will perform Bernstein’s “Kaddish” Symphony, unfinished works by Schubert, and the final concert of Conductor Bernard Labadie.
