Telly Leung, who just wrapped up a run in Broadway’s a cappella musical In Transit, brings his solo cabaret show Hello, Young Lovers to The Green Room 42 in New York on April 23.

The 7:30 PM concert will feature Leung telling showbiz stories about a career that has included the TV series Glee, the 2011 Broadway revival of Godspell, and a stint co-starring with George Takei and Lea Salonga in the 2015 musical Allegiance. Leung also will sing numbers from his solo albums I’ll Cover You and Songs for You, which include pop songs and Broadway favorites.

Leung said, “I have had an amazing time harmonizing and singing a cappella with my Broadway cast mates at In Transit—but I've really missed making live music with a band.”

The Green Room 42 is located in the Yotel at 570 Tenth Avenue at 42nd Street in Manhattan. The show has a $30 cover with no minimum. Tickets can be ordered at at Thegreenroom42.com. Leung’s website is TellyLeung.com.
