Opening Night Go Inside the Opening Night of Spain Off-Broadway

Tyne Rafaeli directs the new Jen Silverman play about the art of propaganda.

Second Stage Theater's production of Jen Silverman's Spain officially opened Off-Broadway at the Tony Kiser Theater November 30, and we have the photos to prove it.

The play, which began previews November 8, is directed by Tyne RafaeliSpain is set in 1936, when a pair of passionate filmmakers land their next big project: a sweeping Spanish Civil War film with the potential to change American hearts and minds. Only one hangup: it just happens to be bankrolled by the KGB. Read the production's reviews here.

The company includes Tony winner Andrew Burnap, Tony nominee Marin Ireland (Reasons to Be Pretty, Sneaky Pete), Zachary James (Addams Family, South Pacific), Erik Lochtefeld (Metamorphoses, King Kong), and Danny Wolohan (Camelot, Macbeth).
