Go behind the scenes of the 2022 Williamstown Theatre Festival, currently under the guidance of Interim Artistic Director Jenny Gersten, in a series of new photographs.
The annual festival, which recently presented Tony-nominated director Daniel Fish's concert reimagining of Frank Loesser's The Most Happy Fella and Anna Ouyang Moench's comedy thriller Man of God, is currently offering Harrison David Rivers' we are continuous and Alex Edelman's solo show, Just for Us.
Directed by Tyler Thomas, we are continuous continues through August 14 on the Nikos Stage and features Leland Fowler, Tom Holcomb, and Brenda Pressley.
Jimmy Naughton & Friends, a benefit evening starring two-time Tony winner James Naughton, will be presented August 7 with guest stars Kelli O'Hara, Greg Naughton, and Kiera Naughton. And, Fridays@3, the weekly play reading series, will conclude August 5 with Mike Lew's tiny father, directed by Moritz von Stuelpnagel and featuring Maureen Sebastian and Andy Lucien.
Williamstown Theatre Festival runs professional training, play development, and community immersive theatre programs year-round. The Festival also offers students and early-career professionals opportunities to develop their skills.
Laks, the League's former executive vice president and general counsel, has been serving in the role on an interim basis since the departure of Charlotte St. Martin.
