The new Broadway-aimed musical Sousatzka will make its world premiere in a tryout at the Elgin Theatre in Toronto February 25–April 9, 2017.
The show features a score by Richard Maltby Jr. and David Shire, and a book by Craig Lucas. Tony Award winner Victoria Clark will star in the musical (formerly titled Madame Sousatzka), based on the 1988 film starring Shirley MacLaine.
