Awards Eddie Redmayne and Cabaret Win Big at the 2022 Olivier Awards; See the Complete List of Winners

The West End's top theatrical honors were handed out April 10 at London's Royal Albert Hall.

The Olivier Awards, the West End's top theatrical honors, were handed out at London's Royal Albert Hall April 10. Watch highlights from the ceremony, including performances from Olivier-nominated musicals Back to the Future The Musical; Cabaret; Spring Awakening; Anything Goes; The Drifters Girl; Frozen; Get Up, Stand Up! The Bob Marley Musical; and Moulin Rouge! The Musical; and Best New Play winner Life of Pi, above.

Cabaret came out on top, winning seven Oliviers, including Best Actor and Actress in a Musical for Eddie Redmayne and Jessie Buckley, and Best Musical Revival. The new play adaptation of Life of Pi was also a big winner, receiving five Oliviers, including Best New Play. Best New Musical went to Back to the Future The Musical, the stage adaptation of the 1985 film.

Redmayne becomes an Olivier winner after taking home a Tony Award in 2010, for his performance in Red. He joins fellow Tony winners Catherine Zuber and Kathleen Marshall winning Oliviers at the 2022 ceremony.
