Rae Bourbon's Final Comeback Tour, a new work from two-time Emmy winner Kim Powers (The History of Swimming), will receive an NYC industry presentation March 11 at The Producers Club.

Drew Droege (Bright Colors and Bold Patterns) is starring in the title role, a real-life drag queen who attained the heights of their performance career (a sold-out, three-night engagement at Carnegie Hall) before being sentenced to life in prison for murder. Set in Bourbon's prison cell, the performer makes a last-minute, nightclub-style appeal for empathy and release.

Will Nunziata (Figaro) is directing, with Micah Young serving as music director.

Those interested in attending should email [email protected] by February 26.
