The evening at the Kennedy Center included songs from the worlds of Broadway, Motown, R&B, folk, and soul.

Cynthia Erivo & Friends: A New Year’s Eve Celebration made its broadcast premiere December 31 on PBS.

The Tony-winning The Color Purple star was joined by two other Tony winners: Ben Platt (Dear Evan Hansen) and Joaquina Kalukango (Paradise Square). Get a sneak peek at the concert in the video above. And stream the full concert on the PBS website here. The stream expires January 28.

In her evening at the Kennedy Center, Erivo—who will also be seen in the forthcoming Wicked films—took the audience on a journey through a diverse repertoire of songs that have shaped her career and artistic sensibility. She opened the show with "I Love You More Than You'll Ever Know," sang "Send in the Clowns," performed "You're All I Need to Get By" with Platt, sang "Killing Me Softly with His Song" with Kalukango, among other songs.
