A host of Broadway talent has been assembled for the 92nd Street Y’s Sondheim: Wordplay, a series of concert evenings dedicated to the lyrics of Stephen Sondheim. Presented as part of 92Y’s Lyrics & Lyricists series, performances will take place March 30–April 1.
The concerts will feature Tony Award winner Ruthie Ann Miles (The King and I), Tony nominees Melissa Errico (Passion, Amour), Christopher Fitzgerald (Waitress), and Lauren Worsham (A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder), as well as Telly Leung (Aladdin) and Olivier winner Lesli Margherita (Matilda The Musical).
Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies, South Pacific) will direct and choreograph the evening that is co-written by Jack Feldman and Ted Chapin.
