Directed and choreographed by Stephen Nachamie, with music direction by Benjamin Weiss, the cast features Steven Booth (Days of Wine and Roses), Jim Conroy, Avery Elledge, David Garrison (A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine), Aaron Harrington (Little Shop of Horrors), Michael Notardonato (Romeo and Bernadette), Charlotte Odusanya, Kirsten Scott (Suffs), and John Wascavage (Forbidden Broadway: Merrily We Stole a Song).
With music and lyrics by Joseph Church and a book and lyrics by Jeff Bienstock, Who Is Jimmy Pants? is described as a zany, loving satire of bio-jukebox musicals.
Casting for this production in the New2NY series, featuring musicals in a minimally staged format, is by Michael Cassara Casting; the original casting director was Stephen DeAngelis.
Nicole Caroselli is the production stage manager, and Meg Meschino is assistant stage manager. The associate choreographer is Tuan Malinowski.
